Registration > How to register

Registration instructions:

1. Create an account by clicking on the Login button 
2. After login into you account, go to /MY SPACE/My registration and fill the online registration form.
3. If you want to present, submit your abstract in /MAIN MENU/Abstract submission. The deadline to be considered for a talk is 15 February 2025. You will be informed of the abstract outcome by 20 February 2025.

Once your registration is confirmed (beginning 2025), you will receive instructions to pay for the conference fees.

We have reached our capacity of 120 registered participants. Any registrations now are on a waiting list. You will be advised as soon as possible if there is a space that opens up.

For those who are already registered, you will receive an email with how to pay the registration fee in order to finalise your registration.
